These Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are developed for partners involved in Protection Monitoring coordinated by UNHCR. As of March 2023, those members include UNHCR, DRC, IOM, IRC, LCN, Heartland Alliance International, TDH- Italy, Justice Center, NRC, INTERSOS. The purpose of these SOPs is to provide detailed instructions and guidelines that outline the steps and procedures to be followed by all partners while conducting protection monitoring. These SOPs aim to standardize the process, ensure consistency and efficiency in monitoring, and minimize the risk of security breaches.
